Recently the wonderful Margie created a blog Invitation to Share Your Simple Pleasures
We were thrilled with all the wonderful responses and decided to create a video that showcases all the things you do to Fluff Yourself Up. We recommend that you sit down with a cuppa and take the 5 minutes to see what works for others – and look for your own in there too! On Quest for Life programs we often talk about what ‘Fluffs You Up’ and teach skills and strategies to make sure that these things are in place in life to keep us centred and connected in the midst of crisis. You might like to share this video with others and encourage them to contribute in the comments on what Fluffs them Up. We could start a Fluffing Up Movement! Whilst ever the responses come in, we will continue to make new videos. Enjoy!
